Major Features

Automate Anything with Valstorm

The Valstorm Automation system is now generally released. Your options include

  1. No code editor - Use our visual editor to create automation workflows with drag-and-drop ease.
  2. Python Code Editor - For advanced users, we provide a Python code editor to create custom automation scripts.
  3. Pre-built Templates - Start quickly with our library of pre-built automation templates for common tasks.
  • Automations require a Valstorm Automation License, or are included with Valstorm Enterprise plans. Please contact team@valstorm.com for more information.

New Marketing Features

Valstorm has improved its marketing capabilities to allow bulk/scheduled emails, sms, and voice calls.

  1. Send Emails via SendGrid - You can now send marketing emails using SendGrid as your email service provider. This integration allows for better deliverability and tracking of your email campaigns.
  2. CSV Imports and Exports - You can now import and export contacts, leads, and other data using CSV files. This feature makes it easier to manage large datasets and integrate with other systems.
  3. Auto Dial an Automated Message - You can now set up automated voice messages that are dialed to your contacts. This feature is useful for reminders, notifications, and other automated communications.
  4. Campaign Sending Overhaul - The campaign sending system has been improved for better performance and reliability. This includes enhancements to scheduling, sending, and tracking of campaigns. Results of the campaigns will be emailed to you as they progress, including a CSV attachment of the results. SMS messages are sent much faster now as well.

ValPhone Improvements

Schedule Text messages

Text messages can be manually scheduled to any conversation, direct or group. Click the orange schedule button then choose to send later at a specific day and time. You also have the ability to see the upcoming scheduled messages in the conversation with the ability to delete them. For updating, just delete the message and re-create it.

Calling Unknown Contacts

You can now make calls to phone numbers that are not associated with any contact in your Valstorm account. This feature is available in both the mobile app and the web app, allowing you to reach anyone without needing to create a contact first.

Call Transcriptions

Call transcriptions for recorded calls and voicemails are now available as part of the ValPhone Blizzard Tier. This feature uses advanced speech-to-text technology to provide accurate transcriptions, making it easier to review and manage your communications.
