1. What happens if someone texts and their number is not in our system.
   • A new contact is created as "Unknown SMS". The conversation is saved, you can respond and update the contact in Salesforce once you know who they are.
2. What happens if someone calls and their number is not in our system.
   • A new contact is created as "Unknown Caller". The call is logged, you can update the contact in Salesforce once you know who they are.
3. Can I use ValPhone without Salesforce?
   • Yes, ValPhone can be used as a standalone product. You can access it via the web app at https://app.valstorm.com/ or via the mobile app. The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android.
4. Can I use ValPhone on my mobile device?
   • Yes, ValPhone has a mobile app available for both iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store. The mobile app allows you to make and receive calls and texts on your mobile device, and it syncs with your ValPhone account.
