To use Valstorm, you pay a base monthly fee of $100 for your company to be an active member. From there, you purchase credits that are consumed based on the specific actions, AI compute, telephony, and data storage your organization utilizes.
We believe in a transparent, pay-for-what-you-use approach:
- No Per-Seat Penalties: Add unlimited teammates, contractors, and agents without per-user licensing fees.
- Full Feature Access: Every membership tier includes full access to all platform capabilities, including Cloud Knowledge Vaults, CRM collections, App Builder, and Flow Automations.
- Unified Action Credits: All actions, AI inferences, telephony calls, and API mutations draw from a single, shared credit balance.
1. What Are Credits?
1 Credit = $1.00 USD.
Credits are denominated directly in USD equivalents to make capacity planning straightforward. Most operational actions cost fractions of a cent (e.g. $0.001 per database query), while compute-intensive AI workflows or SMS blasts reflect their precise compute cost:
- Standard REST & Database Mutations: $0.0010 / request
- Telephony & SMS Relays (Twilio): $0.0030 / operation
- AI Inferences & Workflow Steps: $0.0100 / execution + upstream model token pass-through
