Registration Questions
Q: After I use my activation code, what should I do next?
A: The email you received contains an activation code and a link. If the page you're on asks for a code, you can enter the code directly.
However, if you're not prompted for a code, simply click the link provided in the email: https://app.valstorm.com/activate/some-code. This link will take you to a page where you can set up your user login by creating a password.
After you have successfully activated your account and set a password, you can log in at https://app.valstorm.com/ using the username provided in the activation email and the password you just created.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting our password reset page: https://app.valstorm.com/forgot-password.
Simply enter the email address associated with your Valstorm account and click 'Submit'. We'll send you a password reset link to that email address. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
The reset link is valid for a limited time for security purposes. If it expires, you can simply repeat the process to get a new one.
Q: How do I join my companies Valstorm or ValPhone Account?
A: An admin at your company must invite you to join the account. You will receive an acitvation email with a link and code to set up your user login. If you do not receive this email, please contact your company admin.
Q: How do I login to the Mobile App?
A: The mobile app is the same username and password as the web app. Your username is the email that your admin provided when setting up your account and should be a company email.
