Valstorm offers multiple products and services. Thus, some standardize pricing is available but there are also packaged offerings. Sales can help you determine your needs and pricing. Below is a general rule of thumb that you can use.

ValPhone

ValPhone pricing is broken down into two sections, user licensing and usage costs for calls and texts.

User licenses

Usage Pricing

ValPhone uses Twilio as the provider for calling and texting. If you bring your own account, you will pay Twilio directly which we prefer. Otherwise, you are required to pay us for your usage. It is easier to be a sub-account of Valstorm and has no real drawbacks.

ValRM & ValPhone Bundle

For those who want an all-in-one, contact center as a service (CCaaS) and customer relationship management system (CRM), Valstorm offers this at $100 per user per month. The ValRM and ValPhone bundle will enable your team to manage leads, close sales, support your customers and market over and over. It is what Valstorm runs on almost exclusively.
